“Voglio raccontare la mia esperienza non solo con questo prodotto, ma anche con l'azienda Facetheory. Ho acquistato il siero per dare vitalità al mio incarnato. Il siero in sé è favoloso, con una consistenza piuttosto oleosa (magari ad alcuni non piace, ma a me dà una sensazione di nutrimento) e lascia da subito luminosità. Tuttavia, devo dare 4 stelle perché per la mia pelle, il 30% di ethyl ascorbic è stato troppo elevato e mi ha causato qualche breakout. Ne ho parlato con il servizio clienti, il quale mi ha fornito la possibilità di cambiare gratuitamente il siero con la sua versione in percentuale inferiore, senza costi e senza addirittuta dover restituire il siero già acquistato! Sono rimasta sconvolta e non credevo fosse vero! In due minuti ho ricevuto la mail di conferma del nuovo ordine a costo zero! Questo sì che è un servizio clienti! Facetheory, con questo gesto oggi avete fidelizzato una cliente. Per il servizio e per la qualità dei voatri prodotti vi meritate più di 10 stelle!”

“Excellent, as it contains vitamin C (obviously haha) which has three proven magic abilities: antioxidant, collagen booster, and skin brightener. Also, it's fragrance-free, which is amazing as fragrance is the number one cause of contact dermatitis. Good for darker skin tones due to the ingredients, as we are more prone to pigmentation”

“Good product. I have just finished my C20 and my skin has improved on hyperpigmentation. I feel good on my sensitive dry skin and there is no irritation at all.”
