Hi, Thank you for your review of the Glow-C Vitamin C 20% Serum. It seems that you may be using the serum too frequently. We recommend pausing its use to allow your skin to recover, and then reintroducing it gradually by applying it every other day. Pair the serum with a rich moisturiser containing soothing ingredients such as aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, or vitamin E to counteract dryness. If, for some reason, you're not completely happy with a Facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. Thanks Facetheory Team

This is the third time that I have purchased. I love the consistency and it doesn't irritate my skin, even after using a derma roller.

Très bon sérum mais colle un peu, on a l'impression qu'il a du mal à pénétrer la peau

This is a really excellent product. I only need a small amount to have extremely well hydrated skin all day. Love this product.

It is actually quite warm to touch if the serum is applied to your hands or on the face. It feels like my face is heating up. I am unclear if there is any impact on my face.

Hi Carrie, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Glow-C Vitamin C 20% Serum. The sensation of warmth or heat after applying vitamin C serum is not uncommon, especially with high concentrations like 20%. This could be due to the active ingredients stimulating blood flow or a slight pH imbalance, which can cause a temporary warming sensation without necessarily being harmful. However, if you're unsure about the impact on your skin or if the sensation becomes uncomfortable, it might be helpful to perform a patch test on a smaller area before applying it to your entire face. Additionally, ensure you're using the serum correctly—apply a small amount, store it in a cool, dark place, and use it consistently to maximize its benefits while minimizing potential side effects. If you experience any discomfort, redness, or irritation - please discontinue the product and contact our customer service team via help@facetheory.com for a refund or exchange. Thanks Facetheory Team

It has olive oil. After using it only 4 times it filled my face with acne - and I don’t have acne!! Don’t buy this.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for your negative experience with the Glow-C Vitamin C 20% Serum. While vitamin C serums can be beneficial for many, they may not suit everyone's skin type or needs. It's a very rare occurrence that you experience breakouts from this product as it's suitable for all skin types, including oily skin. Additionally, some people may experience skin purging when starting a new vitamin C product, which can initially look like acne. However, if you typically don't have acne, this reaction suggests the product may not be suitable for your skin. If, for some reason, you're not completely happy with a Facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. Pleasantly surprised by this Vitamin C serum! The effect on pigmentation is incredible, works almost overnight for me. Most importantly doesn't break me out or leave me feeling greasy, even if it goes on very silky
