“The consistency and the product itself is great. However, the packaging has not been thought through. The dropper itself does not pick up any product and worse, it does not provide any product. This has caused me to use not use the dropper and use the product directly from the bottle, which wastes the product. It would be great if the company would rethink their packaging since the product itself is good.”
