“Gefällt mir gar nicht, sehr fettig und keine Wirkung. Hatte bereits Produkte von anderen Herstellern mit 20 % Vitamin C die wesentlich besser waren und meine Haut sich sofort verbessert hat. Leider habe ich 2 Stück bestellt, da günstiger. Habe die erste Flasche fast verbraucht um dem Produkt eine Chance zu geben. Schade, hatte mich auf die ganzen guten Bewertungen verlassen.”

“Ich hatte schon drei und habe jetzt Nummer vier angefangen. Ich möchte dieses Serum sehr, denn obwohl es auf meiner sehr öligen Haut eher klebrig abtrocknet, hatte es eine wunderbare Wirkung auf mein Hautbild. Die Zusammensetzung hat sich jetzt verändert. Es ist einfach nur noch ölig, zieht nicht ein, klebt. Makeup hält nicht mehr gut. Ich würde es jetzt nur noch an Leute mit extrem trockener Haut empfehlen. Für normale, Mischhaut oder ölige Haut eher nicht. Statt 5 nur noch 2 Sterne. Ich hoffe, dass nicht auch noch andere Produkte reformuliert wurden.”

“This review is for the old formula with sodium ascorbyl phosphate. The serum was very orange, with a strong smoky smell and gloopy texture...not too pleasant. It didn't do much if anything for pigmentation or anything else to do with my skin, and actually oxidized faster (turned a darker orange) than an L-ascorbic acid serum (from a different brand) that I was using at the same time. Though I bought 2 bottles, I didn't feel motivated to finish even one. In contrast, I finished 2 bottles of the other ascorbic acid serum. Sadly, a waste of my money. I hope the new formula is better.”

“The anhydrous formula did not work for me personally. It felt like it never absorbed properly, made my sunscreen slip around and I didn't notice much brightening. However facetheory customer service is impeccable as always and allowed me a free exchange for a serum that works much better for me. So while I don't love the product I definitely recommend the brand overall!”
