“The best serum ever! Been using it since 2020 and never looked back. My skin has been glowing since then! No reactions! Best for all skintype (mine is sensitive and dry). It has changed my life! I don’t even remember how many bottles I have finished lol.. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT! ❤️”

“Never in my life have I had such a bad reaction to a product. I have never considered my skin sensitive or prone to breakouts / rashes. I used this ONCE and broke out with red rashes all over my face and under eye swelling within 24 hours. I have used many other products from facetheory so just taking this as a one off, but I would suggest to steer clear if sensitive skin and definitely do a patch test if first time user”

“Not too happy with this serum, it has a very rich almost oily consistency (if anyone describes it as lightweight, they must be talking about a different product). It also does not combine well with other products and seems to irritate my skin after prolonged or frequent use. But most puzzlingly, it turned to jelly when the bottle got to half way full. Went in the bin this morning.”

High-concentration Vitamin C can sometimes feel rich or cause irritation, but the texture change sounds like unexpected oxidation.
