“I’ve been using this product for 2 months and I’m starting to see results. I did notice gradual changes during the 2 months but the reduction of discoloration has been the most noticeable after consistent use. I also notice my pores look tighter and skin texture is smoother. This is definitely a staple that I will repurchase!!”

“J au mis une étoile parce que je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Le colis n a jamais été livré à mon adresse mais plutôt à la poste soit disant que je n étais pas là lors de lablivraison. Une fois à la poste, on me réclame des frais supplémentaires dont j ignorais l'existence. Je fais une réclamation, le conseiller clientèle me demande de régler ces frais et que je me ferai rembourser. Mais je suis navrée je n ai plus confiance en votre société. Ce n est pas commercial ce genre de méthode. Je réclame qu'on me rembourse mon argent. Merci”

Salut TCHIENDRA KARO Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre les problèmes liés aux frais supplémentaires. Normalement, tous les frais de douane ou d'importation nous sont facturés directement ; cependant, Deutsche Post nous a informés qu'il existe certaines situations dans lesquelles les frais sont facturés uniquement au destinataire. Nous avons résolu ce problème pour les expéditions futures, cela ne devrait donc plus se produire. J'ai demandé à notre équipe du service client d'examiner cela pour vous immédiatement. Veuillez répondre à leur e-mail si vous avez d'autres questions. Encore une fois, toutes mes excuses pour la gêne occasionnée.

“I've been using this for 4/5 months now and I'm not 100% sure if I see major changes in my hyperpigmentation as a result of acne.. but my skin looks better overall and I think that this serum contributes to a smoother skin!! I'll keep using it for the rest of the year now that I took comparison photo's to see the differences :)”
