This was an impulse purchase because I find most Vit C is too harsh for my skin but this has caused no problems so far. Quick and easy to add to the morning routine because it absorbs quickly

This is helping me treat my hyperpigmentation. I use it with other products that also tackle this problem so I have the best chance of getting rid of it and I'm seeing results!

Hi there, Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re so glad Glow-C Tranexamic 5% Serum helped with the dark pigmentation and that you’ve seen a difference in such a short time. If you continue using it, apply a thin layer to clean skin and pair with sunscreen during the day. If you experience any irritation, adjust usage accordingly. Thanks Team Facetheory Kind regards, Team Facetheory

I recently got this to pair with the 15% azelaic acid serum (which I’ve been using for about 5ish months) using these together is further fading my post acne marks (used on alternating days), would recommend!

Dear O, Thank you for sharing your experience with Glow-C Tranexamic 5% Serum alongside your azelaic acid routine. It’s great to hear you’re seeing further fading of post-acne marks. When using actives like tranexamic acid and azelaic acid on alternating days, listening to your skin is key if you notice any irritation, consider spacing out or reducing the frequency. If you have questions about your exact routine or want tailored suggestions, I’m here to help. Thanks Facetheory Team

I thought it would be a good product to treat my hyperpigmentation but rather, I kept getting tiny bumps on my face every time that I used it. It may a good product for someone else out there but it just didn’t work for me

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with our Glow‑C Tranexamic 5% Serum. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced small bumps after using it. In some cases, this can be a temporary purging phase as your skin adjusts to a new active formula, especially if introduced too quickly. We recommend starting slowly, using the serum a few times per week and gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. It’s also really important to apply SPF daily while using brightening or exfoliating treatments, as these can make the skin more sensitive to UV exposure. Consistent sunscreen use helps protect your skin barrier and supports more even, lasting results. If you’d like, our team can take a closer look at your routine and help suggest the best way to reintroduce the serum or find an alternative that suits your skin better. You can reach us at help@facetheory.com. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us keep improving our formulations for all skin types. Facetheory Team
