“I’ve used at least 5 Facetheory products now and love all of them except this SPF. Have tried to use it a few times now and the result is always the same (I first thought maybe it was the serum I had on my face that I was then putting the SPF over was causing the problem,it was not). The SPF just doesn’t look right when it’s on and sort of clumps up in little patches that I then need to use a cloth to take off. Disappointed”

“My absolute favourite moisteriser. I went in store and had my face analysed and this was recommended. I'm on my second tube now and always get so may compliments on my skin.”

“I've been using this moisturizer for well over 3 years now and it's the best. I have mixed skin, dry around the nose/mouth and oily on the forehead and this combined with the rosehip oil and hydraserene night cream have turned my skin around. No flakes, no oily spots, just smooth skin! I've had this product in various containers, the newest tube, however, is not as comfortable to use than the glass jars before the redesign. It's better than the first and second tube version since the redesign though. The first version of the redesign had a metal cap on a metal thread, which oxidized, the second version had a plastic thread and metal cap, where the entire thing came off of the tube and this version now has a plastic cap and thread, which works fine. Would love to have the glass jars back though to be honest.”

“I really love the cream, this is why I am still buying this product. I am super unhappy with the new packaging though. The last time i ordered (first time you changed from glas into tubes) both my creams came broken. Because the lid wasn't properly on, the cream kept leaking out. There was also something wrong with the pressure; as soon as the lid was opened, the cream was automatically squeezed out. It's a real waste, especially for my wallet, to have so much cream going to waste. The new packaging is probably cheaper, but it's a big drawback in terms of usability and the environment.”
