“Love this product and buy it in batches every time I'm over in the UK since it is not available in the US - but the new packaging has been a big bummer. Like the cleanser, this product also will keep coming out of the tube no matter what. The plastic thread piece has also come loose so even if I screw the lid on, that can pop off, which makes it really dodgy for travel.”

We’re really glad you love the Glow-C Daily Moisturiser SPF 30, though we’re sorry to hear about your experience with the newer packaging. We’ve recently updated the tube design and no longer include the small plastic thread insert in newer batches, as it was prone to loosening during use. Our team is also monitoring reports of excess product flow to ensure upcoming batches dispense more evenly. We also wanted to share that the SPF filters we use are currently under FDA review, with approval expected in 2026. Once approved, we hope to make this product available to our US customers as well. “Recently started using it and I am absolutely in love. I did notice some flushing from the niacinamide, but I have a tendency of blushing quickly. I have a combination type skin and it does not leave any oily residue or white cast. Would love to see this in an spf 50 version for the summer next year!”
