“Am moving to a new brand, despite using this for years, just cant continue with this new packaging. The formula of the cream has changed in the new packaging so now its a bit oily and not mixed very well, the products don't sit well or look nice on the shelf, its harder to get the product out, it gets a grimy brown layer round the rim, just awful, such a shame”

“I have been using this cream in the glass pot for years and loved it. But I'm disappointed now that the packaging has changed to a squeezy tube, it's not easy to get just the right amount out and I won't be buying it again unless it goes back to a pot. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's more gritty and less predictable than previously. Also don't know if the tube is recyclable, which was one of my main reasons for buying facetheory in the first place.”

“I love this face cream. I have been using it for a good year now and my skin loves it. It soaks in nicely without leaving my face greasy. The added spf is a bonus! The only thing I would change is the packaging. I much prefer the glass jars as it was easier to use and felt much more luxurious. Sadly, the tubes don't last as long and the lid tends to constantly drop off.”

“I love this stuff. It works! Lovely texture and scent, isn’t heavy on the skin and the SPF is excellent. However, why did you swap fro glass jars to these awful tubes with tops that don’t fasten properly? They’re awful. Please bring the jars back!”
