“I have been using this moisturiser for just over a week now. I have combination skin and have had eczema either side of my chin for well over 20 years. Originally I was using a urea containing moisturiser. If I ran out of the urea moisturiser and had to use anything else for more than a couple of days, I literally looked like I'd dipped my chin in honey and then in Ready Brek. it was pretty grim. I started using the retinol serum for another problem. I ran out of my urea moisturiser but a few days later my skin was holding up. that's when I decided to try this moisturiser too. I still need to do my research and check what products I'm supposed to use when (I have a few products from the website), but either way I have been using it morning and night. When I first used it my skin tingled a little bit. I quite like that though. It's almost like you can feel it working. Within a couple of days of using this cream my skin looked so much healthier. I really don't think I will bother with another moisturiser ever again”

“After using three/four times at night, it made my skin unbearably sore and burny. I stopped using it and my skin dried out, felt like the moisture had been tripped out of the top layer of my skin! After a week of not using and only using coconut oil to moisturise it has got better. I talked to the customer services and was offered alternatives and a refund or swap (but no apology) So i'm going to try the oil free moisturiser and see how i get on. I guess my skin can't handle Retinol, i'd say us with caution or do a test area for a couple of days first.”

“I bought this product for my mother and she was quite disappointed with the product. She was expecting the product to be absorptive and tender once applied on the skin; however, it is quite hard to spread around the skin as some leftover remains on the skin. Additionally, price-wise she believed that it was quite expensive considering that it is small in quantity. She believes that it would be better if this product could be easily applied on skin without leaving much leftover of the product on the skin and if it could be more absorbing.”

“Just fabulous. I have Lupus and suffer from extremely sensitive skin. I was a little nervous and followed the advice to try it gently at first. No need to worry -the unscented one gave me zero issues, much less than the likes of L'Oreal which stings and burns my skin. Absolutely love it, the results are a definite, noticeable improvement and I am now a customer for life, as well as recommending to others.”

“I stumbled across this after searching for something that might help with thinning skin. I have always suffered from bad Eczema and the years of steroid cream damage are starting to show now I've hit my 30's. Ive tried almost every 'sensitive skin' skincare routine but everything has always irritated my face and I didn't feel like the dermol moisturiser I use on my eczema was enough to nourish my face. This has been LIFE CHANGING for me. Recently my face would come up red and blotchy when I get warm which is a sign of thinning skin, I was really self conscious because I don't wear makeup and it was really obvious but it doesn't happen half as much since I started using this. My skin feels healthier, nourished and like it might actually be healing after years of damage (although I know nothing can reverse the signs of thinning skin). I'm so glad I found this. Absolutely will be a customer for life.”
