“I love this cream but I hate the packaging. Firstly it looks like some kind of medicated cream so I feel like I’ve got a skin condition when I use it, but it’s also the same packaging as the day cream just with different words on it, so it’s not very easy to just pick the right cream out in the morning or the evening. I know they’re minor points but they’re so annoying the old branding was great but this new branding is awful and unclear. The cream is bloomin ace though and smells beautiful but I’m fast getting fed up of having to pick both creams up to read the label to know which one I need to use.”

“I had been waiting a few months to get hold of this cream. This would be my second purchase. The first time it came in a jar. Unfortunately due to re packaging, it is now in a tube which I find really annoying as there is no way of opening the seal. I assume that a ‘magic key’ is needed? Why would I have to buy this to open a product? Maybe it could have been designed similar to other medicinal tube where the lid is able to puncture a hole in the hole. I’ve had to find other ways to open this. Other than this, I’m happy with the product though I’m unsure if I like the tube as it doesn’t stand on its own. Imagine having to find space for 3 of these tubes in your cabinet compared to having them in pots that are stackable.”

“I bought the night cream in the package with the peptide serum and the eye cream. My husband complimented my skin a few days after I started using it. That's all the confirmation I needed! I'll be a customer for a long time.”
