“I really enjoyed using this night cream, and other Facetheory products, and they feel great on my skin. However since the change to the new packaging I struggle with the tiny screw tops due to arthritis- I much preferred the glass jars as they were far easier to handle. Also having multiple tubes for day and night cream is a constant frustration as there is no colour coding and nothing to distinguish between products. Not helpful when trying to do face cleaning activities with no glasses on! I want to buy more of these products as they are my favourites, but unlikely to due to the uninspiring packaging.”

“Have been using several products for years. It is rich and an order goes a long way. However, I totally hate the tubes, the glass pots were a million times better. Easier to use and less waste. The tubes break so easily, the product gets contaminated a waster. I don't know why they have decided for aluminium tubes but it has changed the experience of using this cream in my opinion. Also, the pots had labels with different colours and itw as easy to identify them, especially when one has several different products. The tubes look all the same, say I have 6 different one on my table, I have to read the text to find what I need. Just rubbish, sorry.”
