“the oil smells just as any unscented oil of any plant, I guess people who complain about the scent have never used any other natural oils. It's rich but not too greasy, I use it for my face when it gets dry and then after applying it on my face I put whatever is left on my hands on my hair. If you use any more your hail will be very greasy. My hair is so much softer and silkier now”

“It is good if you really like to apply oil on your face. I would recommend to use after your moisturiser to lock every product in. Please do not use as cleanser, you might feel tacky and greasy when it comes to contact with water.”

“I tried using this oil cleanser a few times - but as with all oil - or oil based products - whilst being pleasant to use - it just doesn’t work with or for my skin. Regardless of my skin feeling soft and the oil being pleasant to apply - I found that once again my skin did not respond well to oil and it left my skin feeling somewhat greasy - and thus not cleansed. You think I would have realised at 62 that I would know the aforesaid - but I have just kept trying oil products over the years - always with the same results - go figure! I know a review is about my experience of a product - but I just wanted to note that I gave the unused cleanser to my friend as I had only used it a couple of times and thus there was a considerable amount left. She absolutely LOVES it! So - I think - as with all products - it is just a matter of different strokes for different folks - and as with all ‘facetheory’ products I have tried or continue to to use - it is a luxurious and well priced product.”
