While this serum is formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive, blemish-prone skin, the high concentration of azelaic acid (15%) can sometimes cause tingling or irritation, especially if your skin is new to this ingredient or if it’s particularly sensitive. If you haven’t already, we recommend: Patch testing new products before full application, especially with active ingredients like azelaic acid. Applying the serum on alternate days at first, or mixing it with your moisturiser to help your skin adjust. If the sensation persists, discontinue use. “Je suis très heureuse de mon achat j’ai essayé de multiple acide azelaique mais celui ci est une pépite et je resterais sur lui. J’ai de la rosacee et il m’a tellement calmer la rosacee m’a améliorer ma peau. Wawww . Il est composé de 15% d’acide aze, cela peut paraître beaucoup mais pourtant il est si doux à porter. Je n’ai eu aucune réaction c’est incroyable. Vraiment heureuse et satisfaite .”

Bonjour Bérénice, Merci de nous avoir fait part de votre avis sur la Crème Contour des Yeux Glow-C. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé la texture agréable, mais nous regrettons que les résultats sur les cernes ne soient pas à la hauteur de vos attentes après un mois d'utilisation. Bien que la crème soit formulée avec des ingrédients comme la vitamine C et l'hexylrésorcinol pour cibler les cernes, les améliorations visibles peuvent parfois prendre plus de temps, notamment en raison de facteurs comme la génétique, le sommeil et le mode de vie qui peuvent également jouer un rôle dans l'apparition des cernes. Nous apprécions vos commentaires honnêtes concernant l'emballage. Le problème du couvercle métallique qui s'encrasse et provoque des taches noires ne correspond pas à l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. Suite à des retours clients comme les vôtres, le fabricant remplace actuellement les bouchons métalliques par des bouchons en plastique afin de répondre à ces préoccupations et d'améliorer la facilité d'utilisation et l'hygiène. En attendant, nous recommandons d'essuyer régulièrement le couvercle pour minimiser l'accumulation, mais nous comprenons que ce n'est pas idéal. “I can't believe after years of facial redness (diagnosed with rosacea 4-5 years ago) without any help from meds from GPs, 5x expensive Vbeam laser sessions (no real difference), so many different skin products and meds....nothing helped. Finally, I had given up and just accepted my red face even though I always had clear and non-red facial skin until my late 20s....I got bored one day and I asked AI....and it recommended this product alongside beef tallow (blue pansy) and I can't believe it but my facial redness has reduced over 1 month already!! It stings a little but it really works well for redness, I am happily shocked.”
