“Got this serum in my second purchased batch of Facetheory products and it works wonders on my hormonal acne! If I have painful spots when I go to bed they are visibly less inflamed and don’t hurt anymore by morning. The product does exactly what is says. Very happy with it, will definitely repurchase”

“I was disappointed with this product. I tested this on an area and left another exposed on two or three occasions. There really wasn’t too much difference between the areas and as such, I’m not sure it had any effect all”

Hi Holly Sorry to hear you were disappointed - we'll get you a refund under our 365 day guarantee. We do however recommend you really need to be apply this far more than two or three applications. The guarantee is there to give you some time to properly evaluate the product and we'd recommend giving it at least 4 weeks if you can. Jamie

“I rated 5 stars, because I have been liking this product, but I am suspecting it may give me a little more breakouts. It can be that my skin in already irritated (I treat with Benzoyl Peroxide on alternate days). Still have to explore more.”
