“This product started working from the first week for me, which I couldn't believe. I'd been using The Ordinary one that's 10%, but not really getting anywhere (it's a thick cream). I'd also tried the Facetheory one with 10% Nicinimide, but turns out my skin reacts badly to a high concentration of Nicinimide. However, I thought I'd give this a go and it really worked. My skin texture improved for the first week and I'm excited to see how it maintains that smoothness (I've suffered with under-the-skin acne and scarring for years). In the evenings I cleanse with a Cerave SA cleanser, pop a pea size of this on (alternate evenings with Facetheory's 3% encapsulated retinoid), then follow up with Cerave PM moisturiser. Make sure you wear SPF in the day as it'll make your skin more sensitive (I se a NARS tinted moisturiser with SPF).”

“I have the most sensitive skin in the world so was worried about trying this product but I’ve had no reaction whatsoever! I have dry skin and acne and it makes me skin feel lovely after use, definitely helps reduce redness caused by my acne and hopefully as I continue to use it, it’ll help with my acne and acne scars. Love love loveee this stuff!!!”

“This is one of those rare products that gives me visible results! I started off with only one or two drops per night as it would sting a quite a bit after applying for about 20 minutes or so, but now I'm used to it I use about half a pump (thank you Facetheory for changing this from the dropper) morning and night. It has reduced the redness in my face and given my skin an overall more even appearance with that much sought after healthy glow. I haven't found any other OTC product with this percentage of Azelaic acid and for me it definitely works. I don't often repurchase the same product but I am already on my second bottle of this stuff.”

“This is an amazing serum for my rosacea, soothing yet effective. I saw results within the first two weeks of use and have since purchased 4 more bottles. I'm also very happy to see the new pump dispenser, as the original dropper style was the only thing I would have considered changing about the product.”
