“I bought this product (was called Azeclear A15) on spec, to treat my particular form of rosacea - the extremely painful papulopustular lumps. I started using every night, experienced the mild burn and itch for first few nights, only one teeny drop of product per application. It has been miraculous!! My nose, which was blasted nearly every other day by new and extremely painful hard lump outbreaks, has not had a single lump since the very start of using it. No joke, it’s been like a mini miracle in pain relief for me. It has not quite cleared up the red hue my nose has, but it was the pain from those little pimple-like lumps that was doing me in, and those are completely GONE! Happy days! Maybe over time the redness will go too.”

“This product is just a joy to use. I have terrible skin that is both very dry and acne prone. It is also very sensitive. This product treats both issues without irritation. It exfoliates and targets acne and also helps with hyperpigmentation. Massive thanks to facetheory for creating such an excellent affordable product. I definitely plan to purchase more.”

“After alot of browsing the website, reviewing products and ingredients, I purchased this item. I have super sensitive skin, rosacea prone skin. I was hoping to add a calming serum to my routine and had high hopes for this product. I loved the packing: it is good quality and the dropper felt secure, so I wasn't worried about spills like some of the cheap brands. Unfortunately the product irritated my skin and I wasn't able to use it. I contacted the customer service team and they responded almost instantly, even though this was late at night. We exchanged a number of emails and they suggested alternative products for me. In the end, I was given a refund as my skin was too sensitive for both products that I purchased. Overall, if rate the product as 4*and the customer service as 5*. I imagine that most customers will love this serum. When I am able to reduce the redness and sensitivity on my skin, I will definitely look at Facetheory again. There's alot to love about their products and with excellent customer service, I would recommend that everyone tries them.”

“Love the texture of this, not greasy or sticky at all. Takes up to 12 weeks to start seeing results so can't comment on that yet.”

“I was a little dubious due to the hype BUT I love it and it’s worth that hype. I get the tingle from it but I can tolerate it every night with just moisturiser afterwards. It’s definitely making my skin more even colour tone which is what I wanted to achieve. Definitely a repeat purchase one for me”

“Love the texture, it's creamy but not heavy and it absorbs quite fast. A little really goes a long way with this one. Really works on my reactive combo to oily skin with dark spots.”
