“I've been using this serum morning and night for over a year now and at this point, I can say that it really is a gamechanger! I bought this product to treat my mild rosascia redness/flushing and it has absolutely delivered. The serum does wonders to ease my sensitivity throughout the day when used in the morning and helps me wake up to gorgeus, hydrated skin in the morning. I can't speak too much to how it treats acne but it has made a huge difference in my skin texture, brightness, oil production, clogged pores, and has done serious wonders on the scarring/hyperpigmenation I give myself from picking at hairs/ingrowns on my chin. It may take a little bit longer to see big results compared to something like salicylic acid but it is ohh so worth the wait. They have done an amazing job on this formulation- the texture is completely smooth and silky with no grittiness at all. The only complaint I've had is actually about the bottle itself. When you handle the bottle with wet hands, a layer of the label disintegrates and gets on your fingers as you're doing your routine. Maybe they've addressed it as it seems like maybe my most recent bottle is better. I hope they do better with packaging but it isn't a dealbreaker on buying it. I've subscribed to buying 2 bottles every 3 months for awhile now. Facetheory has even kept my subscription the same cost as they increased the price of the product which says a lot about their customer loyalty! I highly recommend this product and have no plans of stopping my use of it any time soon.”

“I've been using this product for about 8 months and it has completely cleared my rosacea redness. I haven't noticed a huge difference in breakouts, but this product is worth every penny just for the effect it had on my baseline redness. I will never go without it. HG status!”

“Absolutely amazing. I have sensitive skin with mild rosacea. (Combination /dry/red) Every skincare product I have tried has always irritated my skin. This product is a true miracle worker. Anytime my cheeks are red or irritated, I apply this (after washing my face) and it reduces the redness within an hour. My pores have also reduced in size. My skin looks better than it did in my 20s. Make sure your skin is dry before application, it reduces the stinging sensation.”

“My third bottle of this serum! I have sensitive, but oily skin and it is the only serum with bigger amount of acids, that doesnt irritate my skin, helps to keep everything under control. Everytime I take pause from it my skin misses it!”

“I've been struggling hard with my skin the last year with terrible hormonal acne as well as extremely sensitive skin that reacted to almost everything I put on my face. I had painful rashes around my eyes as well as cracking around my mouth from prescription acne treatment, to the point it hurt to open my mouth to eat. I went to a local skin specialist who gave me some samples to try which really helped but they were incredibly expensive. A friend encouraged me to try to find something similar and I found Facetheory. I was definitely leary to try yet another group of products, but the refund policy gave me the courage to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! I'm not sure whether it is this product or the C4 face wash (or probably both) but they are helping so much with the acne and other than a teensy bit of dryness, not causing a negative reaction for me. I'm also using the other products from the core sensitive skin recommendations and none have caused any issue for me and I think I'm starting to notice my skin plumping up and just generally looking healthier. I just ordered the other products within the advanced set and am excited to try them! Thank you Facetheory!”

“This is my favorite face product. It's not about texture or feel or smell, but 1 pump 2x a day is rescuing me from redness, dryness and overall sensitivity. I have become super sensitive (redness) to every treatment I'd formerly tolerated well (lactic acid, polyglutamic acid, vitamin c, retinol, any eye creams including ceramides! literally everything). After reading the ingredients, I had a feeling this product would calm all of the redness so that after generously spacing treatments out, I could rebuild my routine. And it delivered. It also cumulatively moisturizes me so well (and I have moderately dry skin) that I don't need any additional creams beyond SPF on days when I do apply treatments! Compliments to the chef : )”
