Hi Really sorry to hear this - it should tingle rather than burn - the pH is above 3 so it shouldn't really burn you - it may be that you have an allergy to one of the ingredients. Please contact us at help@facetheory.com and we can arrange a refund or exchange for you. Jamie

“Had this cleanser for a couple of weeks now and so far so good, as a sufferer of hormonal acne this doesn’t dry out my skin unlike other acne products I’ve tried and seems to be helping keep those pesky spots away, I will definitely be buying again!”

“Tolles Produkt. Ich habe eine sehr sensible Haut und das Produkt trocknet trotzdem nicht aus. Benutze danach immer den Toner... das ergibt zusammen ein schönes Hautbild. Meine Haut sieht sehr frisch und erholt aus. Auch nach einem anstrengenden Tag.”

“I’ve suffered from cystic acne since in my 30s, I’ve tried soooo many products including prescription ones from the doctor and they all made my skin worse, I’ve been using this for 2 weeks and it’s made the world of difference! I’ve had hardly any spots, I’m left with a bit of acne redness but I’m also using the regenerating face cream with the retinol to fade it, would highly recommend these products!!”
