“it works great with my combination skin, I had a breakout right before it arrived and it has cleared/ dried out a very good majority of spots & pimples. Only reason why it’s not a 5/5 is because it sometimes has a little stinging sensation & hasn’t completely cleared my face but it probably needs a week more for my skin to fully get used to it. My skin is always soft though after i began using this day and night, I used to have rough hard bumps on my nose and t zone.”

Hi Really sorry to hear this - it should tingle rather than burn - the pH is above 3 so it shouldn't really burn you - it may be that you have an allergy to one of the ingredients. Please contact us at help@facetheory.com and we can arrange a refund or exchange for you. Jamie
