“Let me tell you, this cleanser is incredible. It has all the right ingredients to penetrate deep into your pores and give you glowing, blemish free skin. After one week I noticed a difference, my skin was less dull as I could tell it was removing the top layers of dead skin cells. Also, I could see it was bringing my blackheads to the surface which is my biggest battle at the moment - blackheads! I wouldn't say it's got rid of them unfortunately, but this cleanser uses some of the strongest concentrations you will find of Salicylic, glycolic & lactic acid so it is definitely the best for trying to tackle them. Also, I got absolutely ZERO breakouts whilst on my period - which honestly guys for about 15 years is unheard of for me!! Which just proves the ingredients in the product are amazing and truly work!! I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin (not a great combo! lol) and this cleanser is not too harsh at all for anyone that might be worried. It took my skin about a week to get used to the high concentrations, and now it is better than ever. It does not dry my skin out, nor cause irritation. But is fantastic for my acne. It loses a star for me because it is a cream cleanser. I hate them. This Pro version is better than the original as it is a thicker consistency, but it still falls down being a cream cleanser. The problem with cream cleansers is as soon as they come into contact with water they disintegrate. You literally end up losing half the product as it becomes a watery mess and disappears. So then you have to use twice as much! Meaning this product may be cheaper than others I have tried, but it goes twice as quick so it actually ends up being on parr. I tried Pixi's clarity cleanser with similar ingredients - which is a non foaming gel which I love. But unfortunately the concentrations are nowhere near as high, so it was nowhere near as good. Please PLEASE Facetheory bring this cleanser out in a non foaming gel form for those of us that hate cream cleansers and want to get the best use out of this as possible! Otherwise my search will continue for other brands that have these amazing ingredients but in a gel form.”

Thanks for your feedback Tori! It can be slightly tricky to formulate a surfactant-based cleanser at a pH low enough for the ingredients to work. It may be why you've had problems finding one. If you'd like a refund or exchange please email us at help@facetheory.com :) Jamie

“I use this asy 2nd cleanser and leave on for 5 mins for the active ingredients to work. Acts as a gentle exfoliant. Fantastic product”

“I’m a big fan of the ‘normal’ version and decided to give the pro version a go this time. The cleanser has the same lovely texture and you can feel the slight tingle on your skin as you massage it in. Found the non-pro cleanser gave really good skin positive results and helped clear up my blemishes and improve skin tone so I’m assuming this will continue the good work! It’s a thumbs up from me again.”

“I love love love this product. I have been using it for about a year now and my skin has improved so much. I only now get break outs at my time of the month. My skin texture is now glowing so much more than it ever did. I cant recommend a skin product any higher than this.”
