“I love this product and have used it for a few years now (probably gave it 5star previously but can’t remember). Credit where credit is due, the actual product is amazing!! My kids use it too. And I’ve recommended it to lots of people. If I had to rate on packaging alone it would be 1 or 2. The glass jars were so much better and in my view more economical. So much waste in this tube because we literally can’t squeeze it any more. The jars lasted months and months. finished the tube already (of what we can get out) and only ordered it in July. My last one before that was bought November 23. Brilliant cleanser but will need to change the packaging for me to be able to afford to buy this every other month.”

“The cleanser itself is great, I’ve been using for a while now. It doesn’t make your skin feel dry after usage which is a massive plus. The scent is very delicate. The new format though is not the most practical with its too little screwing, opening mechanism.”

“Really disappointed with the rebrand and packaging to switch from wide brimmed glass jars to this awful tube. For anyone with fine motor issues, arthritis in hands, dexterity issues this is completely inaccessible. Please be aware of ableism when designing packaging.”
