“I have been using this cleanser twice daily for over a year. It doesn't leave my skin feeling right or dry afterwards and generally I think it's helped the appearance of my face. Unfortunately I have a mixed type of skin with enlarged pores but I do think the overall appearance of it seems much nicer and I haven't been getting many breakouts at all. I have used this and the non pro version, I can't really say I saw much difference but they're both great.”

“I adore this cleanser. I was struggling for a long time with finding a gentle cleanser for my skin that tackles hormonal breakouts and this product is gentle enough that it doesn't cause irritation, and I now only get the occasional spot instead of the angry breakouts I used to have. If you have sensitive spot prone skin I'd definitely recommend this product.”

“Super smooth and gentle on the face. Leaves my skin clean but soft, not dry at all. has a very luxurious feel. I use it once/day in the morning, and I have combination skin.”

“This was the worst product out of the products I bought! Burnt my skin really bad and I don’t even have sensitive skin! Dealt dried my face out, Should honestly come with a warning sign! Took me over a week to get my skin back to normal. Please Avoid!”

Hi Paige Sorry to hear, do contact us for a refund. It's a low pH acid cleanser so it should tingle a little however the pH isn't low enough to burn. With new products it's a good idea to test on a small area first. If you drop us a line at help@facetheory.com we'll sort a refund for you. Jamie
