“I bought this because I wanted to try an AHA/BHA exfoliator mostly to target congested pores on my t-zone. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks every three days or so (normally I use the gentle cream cleanser) and my pores definitely look clear and less visible, although I’m not sure if it’s this particular product because I also introduced a couple of serums. It makes my face feel very clean but doesn’t irritate and doesn’t dry it out too much (I have dehydrated, slightly sensitive skin). I’ll definitely keep buying this if it comes back in stock.”

“This cleanser is so good! I’ve been searching for a quality AHA & BHA face wash for ages and discovered this a couple of years ago. I have oily skin and a dark complexion (similar to Gabrielle Union or Keke Palmer), and while I don’t struggle with severe acne, I do get the occasional breakout — especially those stubborn blind pimples that sit under the skin and often leave behind hyperpigmentation. I already use salicylic acid and retinol as part of my skincare routine, but I needed something extra when I’m actually cleansing — and this wash does the trick. I don’t even have to use it every day; it’s brilliant at clearing out excess sebum whenever I feel a breakout coming on. It has a creamy consistency that feels soothing on the skin, yet it still tackles oiliness without leaving my face dry or tight. I’ve tried so many products over the years, but this one really stands out. My skin feels balanced, clean, and refreshed. Absolutely love it!”

“Lovely cleanser, removes all the dirt and grime at the end of a busy day. My face feels super soft after using it. Excellent value for money, a little goes a long way, and prompt delivery. I haven't had to use Face Theorys customer service. 5 Star Rating.”
