I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed with service and product. I ordered after Christmas and it was not clear on the website that they would not reopen until 3rd January, I wanted the phone cover as a birthday present and it said on a review site in reply to a complaint that they were reopening 29th December. Anyway, it wasn't clear but you could argue that I probably should have double checked that. I tried to get hold of them after they reopened and this was impossible, the phone was permanently engaged, I put this down to them being busy after Christmas, however when the cover eventually arrived a couple of the photos were printed too high, I emailed to let them know and they sent a replacement and although it was better it still wasn't right. Such a shame because the actual printing and colours are great.

I ordered two skins for my Laptop on 19th December knowing full well that it'll be after Christmas break before I would receive them. What I found unsatisfactory was the fact that I had to chase the progress of my order on Monday 9th January as I had not received any updates. I rang the customer services number about 12 times that day; every time it went to recorded message advertising me to send an email to Support. I finally sent and email to Support, only to be advised that there has been a problem with my order and could I resend my images again! I did as I was requested the next day and attempted to speak to someone to gauge when my order would be delivered. This time the Support phone number was constantly engaged which I could only assume was due to the fact someone had decided to take the phone off the hook and therefore avoid answering telephone enquiries. I found another number to call, and guess what, no one answered that one either and it went to voice-mail. I left a message expressing my dissatisfaction and asking someone to call me. Eventually I received and email advising me that my order has been processed and it will be sent to me over the next few days. Not happy with the service!

The picture on my phone case was not on properly and there is a white line down one side. I took care to make sure the image was in the right place when I made the order and am convinced the error was not on my part

We ordered two phone cases on Dec 22nd which should have been made available within 48hrs (having uploaded photos and designs ourselves). We eventually received the cases on 12th January after much chasing. The first case for iPhone SE had our logo positioned off centre. The second case for iPhone 7 has faded colours. All things considered we were not impressed with the service or quality offered by WRAPPZ. We had considered ordering Mouse Mats but now that we have experienced WRAPPZ we will not be placing this order.

Unfortunately I am disappointed with what I received. It was nothing what I was expecting. It doesn't even sit right on the kindle. I'm not sure if it was a mistake I made or the description misleaded me. I wouldn't recommend for a kindle.

Ordered item in 19th December recived item 10th January. Absolutely horrendous customer service called several times no answering the phones exist. Sent one email and also messaged via filling in the online contact form and had no response. Dreadful. Item was meant to be a Christmas present.
