“The picture didn't fit right on the case. I'm convinced I put the picture in the black border , yet it arrived placed incorrectly . My complaints have been met with a curt 'your fault ' attitude. Even if I did place the image incorrectly, which I didn't, it only serves to prove that the process isn't clear. The lesson here is that I should not do business with this lot again due to poor delivery of service and horrendous after sales care.”

“I ordered a case and still haven't even got it. I ordered it on the 12th of January, I waited two days before emailing the customer service for confirmation email along within 4 more days I emailed them again for my tracking information.”

“I was sent a personalised phone cover for an iPhone 6 when I have an iPhone 5. I have sent the cover back but haven't heard anything back yet.. I did like the cover, however, it was for the wrong phone therefore I could not use it.”
