“The picture didn't fit right on the case. I'm convinced I put the picture in the black border , yet it arrived placed incorrectly . My complaints have been met with a curt 'your fault ' attitude. Even if I did place the image incorrectly, which I didn't, it only serves to prove that the process isn't clear. The lesson here is that I should not do business with this lot again due to poor delivery of service and horrendous after sales care.”

“I ordered a case and still haven't even got it. I ordered it on the 12th of January, I waited two days before emailing the customer service for confirmation email along within 4 more days I emailed them again for my tracking information.”

“I was sent a personalised phone cover for an iPhone 6 when I have an iPhone 5. I have sent the cover back but haven't heard anything back yet.. I did like the cover, however, it was for the wrong phone therefore I could not use it.”

“I placed the order for personalised phone cover on 22nd December. Their website states they will dispatch in 1-2 working days so I had a glimmer of hope it may even arrive for New Year. Failing that, I thought it might be at the beginning of January given that they might be closed for Xmas (no info about this on site). Communication and updates from the customer services team were poor/non existent and the product did not arrive until 13th January. I have ordered this type of item in the past (for £6-£7)and thought the quality might be significantly better given the significantly higher price- it looks good but it is hard to say at this stage how long it will last. There are plenty of other providers producing the same product in a faster time with better communication and a cheaper price so I would use them in future”
