“Not only was I unable to check my order status at all on my account due to it telling me that I hadn't made any orders. I contacted the customer service team on 2 occasions asking for them to either fix it so I can view my order status or send me an email with my order status, they didn't reply to either of my emails. I received an email last week, 4 days after placing the order saying that my order had been dispatched and will arrive in 2-3 days (no sense of urgency with dispatchment, why was there a 4 day wait for my item to be dispatched?). Lastly, 2-3 days has gone and passed, it's now coming up to 5 days since I received the email telling me to wait 2-3 days and I needed it to come by today (for a gift) and sure enough, it didn't arrive. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the overall service and definitely won't be returning for any reason. Thanks, sorry for such a disappointing review, but I too was extremely disappointed and had much higher expectations. - Alexandra”
