“I ordered an iPhone wrap for my wife for Valentines Day via my O2 priority app with a discount from Wrappz. I set my two pics in the template (which did not show the position of the camera) and on the final view I saw no camera cut out shown. When the wrap arrived the top picture had the camera smack bang in the middle of my wife's head (which didn't go down well!) needless to say it went straight into the bin and rightly so. I contacted Wrappz and they replied to say that basically it was my error, which I don't agree with and I replied further and have not heard back from them! very poor.”

“The case looks okay but the colour selected looks much more pink rather than red. Also not being able to stretch the imagine to cover more of the case is an are that could be vastly improved. It's also very hard to take out of the case”

“Received my phone case couldn't believe how shocking it was! The colours were clearly all wrong like the ink had run out, because of this you couldn't make out my baby's face at all. Emailed customer services who agrees it was wrong (I still can't believe it was even sent out like that!!) was offered a replacement or I could send the case back for a refund. Wasn't happy about sending something with my children's photos on back an not knowing if it would be destroyed correctly or not never mind being out of pocket again for postage so agreed on a replacement.. Received no communication confirming it an still waiting. AVOID!!”

“I ordered my mother in law a phone case for her birthday from your site. I chose to use your site because of the big 'fast delivery' picture at the top of the home page. In my confirmation email it also stated the case will be dispatched within 2 working days. I had to tell my mother in law that her present was on its way on her birthday but really I had NO idea where my order was. This was 7 days after my order was placed. I emailed to ask what was happening with my order to be told there was a delay with phone cases. In which case why did nobody notify me of this so I could sort something else for her present?! After paying the delivery I was a little bit angry to say the least.”
