“Hi, The skin is fine but I'm not satisfied with the service as we paid extra for 24 hour delivery and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I then submitted a request for a refund of the delivery cost through the website and haven't heard back. Please contact me if you'd like to rectify this (order number: 1000507216). Thanks.”
