“The laptop skin itself is very nice actually. Given that it's new I can't yet report on lifespan. However: 1. the item spent about 3 weeks in 'In Production' state according to the order tracker on your website 2. Despite the original ~2 weeks of delivery time, the order was shipped in a good 4(-5?) weeks' time 3. Customer support wasn't particularly helpful neighter in accelerating this process, nor to highlight much further details.”

“I have ordered many skins from Wrappz for staff. They are accurately sized and simple to visually design on the platform. They go on smoothly and it's very easy to reposition them and remove air-bubbles. My only suggestion for improvement would be to write the size on the back of the skin when it's delivered, to save us having to get the tape measure out again.”

“I ordered a custom laptop skin from Wrappz and the item came crumpled and damaged. I asked for a new replacement or a refund if not possible, but Wrappz asked me to try pasting the skin onto my laptop first as it might remove the creases sustained. I tried and there were still some creases though not obviously visible but can be felt with touch easily. Hence, given that the item was not delivered in mint condition to begin with and I am not satisfied with that, I have every right to ask for a refund or replacement. Wrappz then proceeded to ignore me therafter even till now. Do not order from them, such poor customer service.”
