“Don't waste your time and money ordering this item. I placed an order, but the item was not delivered. Wowcher refunded the payment but advised that there was a non-refundable charge of £9.99, despite there being no mention of this previously. I eventually got part of this back. I was stupid enough to think this was a 'one-off', so I placed another order a few weeks later for the same item, and that has not been delivered either. Waiting on Wowcher to investigate as before, and I am prepared to object to the non- refundable charge if they try that again.”

“I haven't received it yet I ordered it 31st January and still waiting my patients is running out I'm contacted the they say th same thing I what a refund if I don't receive it in the next few days I would rather pay full somewhere else ridiculous”

“I received no communication whatsoever from the seller at any stage of the transaction. After weeks of waiting with no updates, I had to contact Wowcher myself just to try and find out when (or if) the jacket would arrive. Unfortunately, their responses were vague and unhelpful. They simply forwarded my query to the trader and copied me into the email, showing little to no accountability or empathy towards their customer. As for the jacket itself, I have serious concerns about its authenticity. It arrived very poorly packaged — just a single, cheap mailing bag with no branded inner packaging as you would normally expect from a genuine North Face product. The presentation alone raises red flags. Given these issues, I will be contacting North Face directly to verify the authenticity of the item. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. And has compleltey ruined my perception of Wowcher. as the saying goes "If its too good to be true.......then it probably is"”
