“The coat has never arrived. I have emailed the supplier several times but never had a response. There is an investigation ongoing but really bad service as they should have been vetted before the offer was made.”

“Still not received! I would like a full refund including the £6.99 postage which I paid in good faith ( extra £1 for a quicker delivery)it is now the 9th February!!!! This product cannot be genuine as there are plenty in other dealers!”
