“We was offered a place to sit under a plant that had over grown, so naturally we moved tables. The started of pate excellent but not enough bread, told staff when collecting plates said we could have had mor, but staff was not around. Main course of fish was lovely but potatoes were cold. Dessert lovely. Staff need to be more attentive and food on a hot plate dosent mean foods hot. We have eaten here several times but today was a let down.”

“Paid £41 for a voucher for over £80's worth of food, when we arrived and said it was a Wowcher deal, we were given the 'Wowcher' menu, which we were expecting, and then asked if we wanted water for the table, the menu choices were chosen and the food brought quickly, the minute steak came with unlimited frites, but we were never asked whether we wanted any more than the first portion given, the warm chicken salad wasn't warm and the chicken contained bits of gristle. The deserts were good though, then the bill came, the food cost was £39 (£2 less than I paid for the voucher) the water for the table was £5.90 and the service charge was added, so for the £80's worth of food for £41, it ended up costing an extra £10, and there was no mention that the water would be £5.90!”
