“I brought lightroom and photoshop last week lightroom had malware and then adobe took it off because it came from a unknown user then photoshop started to play up wouldn't stay up and kept closing then this morning it disappeared altogether so I will be in touch to get a refund .”

“No problem in downloading the software only on the install, installed it onto my desktop which had more than enough space only to be told insufficient space. Tried this 3-4 times before giving up and installing in on my second drive which was successful, after installing andctrying it out which was fine , l then went to do an available update which is done through adobe only to find out once update was done photoshop 26 reverts to a trial period, So totally unusable in that state, had to totally uninstall and re install photoshop 26, so looks like although you receive a lifetime use of photoshop 26 you can't do updates as it will turn into a trial period. Not sure if there's a work around or not as haven't tried it again. Apart from that the software works as it should.”
