“difficulties all the way from obtaining the Wowcher Code to receiving the licence and download link - AND I still have not been able to download the file receiving only the meassage "That didn't work for some reason2 on every computer and browser I have tried. Money taken, no product yet delivered!”

“Having used Photoshop since version 4.5 nearly 50 years ago, I can say after working my way up to the 2021 version I can also say altough some things I use regulary are in a different place I am looking forward to using 2026 on a daily basis.”

“The voucher was easy to redeem. The software download requires a rar file unpacking app to be downloaded that was difficult to figure out how it worked but when I downloaded the software I had to use a cloud as the file would not fit on the computer. The good thing was when downloaded it opened in rar file app and downloaded a working file that just asked to click install they were no problems installing photoshop 2026 and it worked perfectly”

“Still not able to download as I have an iMac and it says not compatible. Tried it on my iPhone and it says download on my computer. So going round in circles but haven’t had time to look if there is a resolution somewhere but think they should make this clear. Maybe they did and I just didn’t see it.”

“Adobe Bridge based in the cloud is of zero use when no internet connection available,It seems impossible to install Bridge locally and on the PC. I am forced to return to CS6 I total waste of money I am very disappointed”
