“Thye process of ordering was fine.... HOwever the file came as an .rar file.... a pain to open. When checking on the net how to do this I was WARNED in no incertain terms not to open the file ... so ive abandoned the purchase ....”

“Seven hours of trying to load the software and several emails to Wowcher and the seller it will still not load. It was found that they had sent it for Windows when I asked for a copy for MAC, they rectify this ,but it still won't load, I am concerned this is a scam, please contact me nielsandsue@gmail.com or 07403271050”

“It said it was compatible with MAC and it’s definitely not. My MAC will not let me download Your team says I have to alter my security. That’s a terrible solution. I am hoping for a refund for a product that doesn’t work I am really disappointed with your product”
