“I was unable to download this licence, and you do not offer support apart from a list of FAQ which never seem to cover the problems I am having. I redemmed the item but was unable to download the software itself. Every time my wife uses your company she has to ask for help to complete the process, but I will not be using your company again I will just use companies who supply the goods directly.”

“adobe say this is illegal and will not support it you ar commitimg a crime by using it though the sellers claim it as a gray area, adobe say as they offer subscriptions only on this software that its pirate and you are commiting an offence”

“Advertised as for Mac and PC, received voucher for PC, got in contact with company asked for Mac voucher, asked to send the code I received, have sent and now no reply. I fully expect to lose the money I paid for this and get no reply. Very disappointed and cannot endorse this product.”

“Clearly stated on the website that it’s compatible with Mac, but it’s not. You need to install third party software to emulate windows. Not something a Mac user would want to do, so money down the pan”
