“Works well on 1st install then dies on Adobe auto update. No warning. A real pain having to clean and reinstall the kill auto updates. Quite disappointed”

“Waste of money, download is complex and malicious virus threat flags up. It’s so complicated to load you give up and it’s money lost. Don’t bother wasting of time and money. Even my IT company said the malicious threat is very concerning.”

“Absolute nightmare. Doesn't work! My last 2 wowcher purchases have been a nightmare to try and redeem and you can't even talk to anyone. Wowcher did not mention you would need to deal with an overseas company and download drop box etc etc absolute waste of days of my time and wowcher are zero help”

“I am still waiting for a refund after deciding I did not want to progress the purchase further after the files had been removed before I had the chance to download them. Disappointed how difficult the process was up to the point of retrieving the files. I have not downloaded, installed or registered the product - and still wait to hear from the vendor when my money will be returned. Dissapointed!”

“From when I logged on and bought this package I have had nothing but problems. between the both of you I have spent at least 3 hours trying to get the package and answers off each of you, when I didn't get it. This is the worst experience I ever had just to get a programme - once this is sorted I will no longer be using either of you again.”
