“Consumer Warning – Potential Fraudulent Listing I purchased an advertised “Adobe Acrobat Pro Lifetime Licence” deal via Wowcher, which was supplied by Webmedia-Nijmegen BV. After following all instructions, I discovered that the download files were infected with malware (flagged by Norton Security) and that the supposed “licence” was not legitimate Adobe software. I immediately reported the issue to Wowcher, but despite raising concerns about fraud and the use of fake product images, the same listing (and many similar ones) remained live on their site. This strongly suggests that Wowcher is facilitating the sale of counterfeit or unsafe digital goods, even after being alerted. The experience caused significant stress and wasted time, and I had to run full security scans to remove the infected files. I have since reported the matter to Action Fraud, Citizens Advice, and Trading Standards. Recommendation: Do not purchase any “software licence” or “digital key” products from Wowcher or its third-party vendors unless verified directly with the manufacturer. The seller and platform should not be trusted until this issue is properly investigated and addressed.”

“Can't get it to work as it has a virus in it. Your advice is to disable the anti virus and install the app. Sorry but I will not disable anti virus software as it is there for a reason”
