I was logged out of the premium account set up for me after having access to it for only a couple of weeks(even during them weeks the account seemed to not work properly playing random songs and turning on and of while trying to listen). I then got in touch with the people providing it who refused to allow a refund and instead set up a new account for me. This was working fine for 2 months until the account no longer worked as premium but just a basic account. Not what I paid for at all. I have now tried to contact them again and it says the email address no longer exists.

I have had to restart the app a couple of times . The contract started on the 9th Nov 25 and I have been informed that my account has expired. Absolute rubbish

Scam. It worked for a few days then logged me out and sent an email saying that they’re having issues with it but they will restore it soon. It has been 3-4 months and have heard nothing. What a waste of money.

I never received it. I got a message saying the seller couldn't provide it and to contact them for a refund. I've not heard back from them. When I tried to get in touch with Wowcher I was told to speak to the provider

I would give nil stars if I was able to. Bought this back in November 2025. I've been fobbed off at every turn. I still haven't received the 12 month premium Spotify upgrade and I have been totally ignored when asking for refund. I contacted Spotify and they claim this is not a legitimate sale.

This was a scam. The subscription got stopped within a month. Software news sent en amil thatvthye are trying to fix it but another scam. Its been two minths and no news
