“I would give nil stars if I was able to. Bought this back in November 2025. I've been fobbed off at every turn. I still haven't received the 12 month premium Spotify upgrade and I have been totally ignored when asking for refund. I contacted Spotify and they claim this is not a legitimate sale.”

“This was a scam. The subscription got stopped within a month. Software news sent en amil thatvthye are trying to fix it but another scam. Its been two minths and no news”

“I’m afraid this was a complete con - sent a username and password for an account that didn’t work, and then asked to provide my own Spotify information so my account could be upgraded on my behalf. Would avoid.”

“Subscription stopped within a week. Contacted seller and they offered a work around but it was not an ideal solution. Asked Wowcher to assist they refused. Asked seller for a refund, SILENCE. Will never use Wowcher again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“The login worked for a few weeks and then there was a problem and has not been rectified since with the 3rd party company and so I would want my money back as I have not recieved the service I have paid for.”
