“Bought the 12 month package - recieved an e mail from China with new e maila ddress and log in - totally inapropriate - not iseal to log onto someone elses e mail address and password - now doesnt work an dhave asked for a refund - was concerned this was a scam as can link to my own e maila ccount - this was a total waste of money and Im shocked Woucher have not "proved " this deal befor eoferign to customers - Software need sto be closed down and bnanned - I can send you the numerous e mails sent direc tto me from them saying problems with account - if Woucher send this spurious and dodgy deals to people im going to block the site - total aste of money and I ahve no hope of recieving a refund. Plus who knows who is behind these deals. As say originate from China - when I went into the acount they sent me I couldnt change the detials, password etc as in Chinese - BLOCK THIS NOW - - !!!!”

“This was great for the 2 weeks I had it. After which the account vanished. The company have said it will be sorted. Still waiting a week on. They also asked for my email and Spotify log in to resolve. Which I declined. I'm waiting to see if it gets resolved”
