“I do not recommend this mystery deal at all. Not sure how many people will actually get the premium products advertised but I certainly didn't. When the package came it referred to a prize draw rather than a mystery box and once you'd opened the package you could not longer return it. I got 2 extremely cheap looking mens bracelets. I'm trying to get a refund.”

“Very poor quality item misleading item of the list of things that you might receive from the well-known brands. I haven’t really received anything like that. What a waste of my money and I will not be doing this ever again unless someone could let me return it and refund me and I could maybe order another time.”

“I paid £19.99 for a Premium prize and was sent a pair of chatty unbranded cuff links and a very cheap unbranded bangle so I got cheap tat not worth £1 and feel rippes off”

Good Afternoon I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the product you have received. This was advertised as a mystery deal and a list of the available products were provided in the original advertisement along with the RRP. You were then allocated an item by random selection. Many thanks Wowcher

“I bought a his and hers premium deal and both were terrible when they arrived. The hers was a cheap looking necklace and earrings and his was a bracelet with footballs on and cuff links. The items I received are selling for cheaper than the premium deal I bought on the site. Wouldn’t recommend.”
