“First item was not in package when it arrived. Paid for the premium item and received a cheap jewelry set that i could have paid £5 for at our local shops. Not worth the money or the hassle”

“I wasn’t sent a luxury top branded item as advertised and in photo, it was a brand of jewellery I had never heard of and wasn’t proper gold or silver. I was extremely disappointed as it was a total waste of money.”

“All I received was two tiny boxes as I ordered twice for two gifts. Both boxes contained cheap looking tat. So called jewellery. Nothing luxury about either gift. I've asked for a refund.”

“The big names make you think your in with a chance but the jewelry set i received was quite embarrassing I could have picked a nicer set from primark. Even shein Jewlery was better. Disappointed as it prob cost 2 pound to buy”

“It did not show me my prize so I didn't get the option to swap it. When the item came it did not look like it was worth £20 I also paid £5 poatage. Not worth it in my opinion.”
