“This was an afternoon tea bought as a Christmas present for the parents and we went too! It’s the second one we’ve had at Hotel du Vin in the past year and we weren’t disappointed. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The tea was a very tasty selection of savoury rolls and croissants, including a separate selection for a family member who is gluten free, plus a delicious selection of desserts including scones, cream and jam. All washed down with about 3 cups of tea/coffee each! It was really lovely and always feels like a special occasion there. We'll probably book another one soon”

“No sandwiches brioche roll had a postage stamp of salmon and a scraping of cream cheese croissant filling was minimal too service was extremely poor left with no team member at reception desk or entrance to restaurant to order another drink no offer of more tea as none came to our table after food placed on it a ghost town a very short response with no apology on trip advisor”
