“The afternoon tea was lovely. The staff were lovely but had to go get a staff member to get a drink and although the hotel was beautiful it was very cold and I ended up wearing my coat as I was shivering.”

“Had a lovely afternoon tea. Disappointed they charged £4.75 for water when asked if we would like some water while we were waiting which was so long the brought us some nibbles.”
