“Have not received this item and I was supposed to be able to collect by 8th October. I have sent emails to the merchant x2 and have contacted Wowcher on WhatsApp but have had no resolution. I have asked several times for the order to now be cancelled but this has not been actioned so am now considering my next options to resolve this. Awful service”

“How can I write a review when I haven’t rec’d the order? I have emailed you and had no response. I’ve emailed tag deal and had no response from then either. Right now, I’d just life a refund of £19.99 + £7.99 postage. Goods should have been rec’d “on or before 6/10/25. I AM NOT HAPPY”
