“I chose the Childrens jewellery Calendar- my 7 year old Granddaughter was so excited to receive it; unfortunately when it arrived the actual 'calendar' was a felt Santa with numbered pockets, the jewellery however was for an adult! My Granddaughter was with me when I took delivery so I said we could have a peek. The jewellery was in a plastic bag and one had to put it in the numbered pockets of the calendar. There was a charm bracelet with the charms in situ- these had to be removed as each charm had to be placed in one of the pockets in order to fill from December 1st- 25th. The pockets were clearly no where near big enough for the adult jewellery- the only pockets which did not visibly show the contents were those containing a charm. Had my Granddaughter not been present when it was delivered it would have been returned. As it was I tried to find a way to complain about the mismatch of the calendar/ content, I was unsuccessful. An absolute waste of money! And to add insult to injury I received an email thanking me for becoming a VIP member- which I had somehow been charged £9.99 for on top of the £14.99 for the calendar!! I have requested a refund for the £9.99 which they have agreed but I have not as yet received. I would caution all buying from this company to check if you have become a VIP member- if so you will have been charged.”

“because i thought i was buying the Harrods calendar and i didnt get that i got a crapy chealp jewllery one instead. I also bought 4 of these and recieved the same 4 calenders. So obviously you dont have a chance of recieving one of the good ones mentioned above. Advert is very poorly written and very misleading”

“Was excited then utterly disappointed, what arrived was a cheap felt advent calendar with a few little bits of jewellery that you’d get out of an amusement arcade vending machine . It cost around £14 plus about £4 p+p , I feel totally ripped off”
