“Item received was just a charm bracelet broken down in to individual parts and some odd bits of jewellery, nothing of any value and the advent calender itself is just some cheap felt with numbers on. Very poor product and nothing to the standard of what is advertised.”

“Took a chance on this deal and realised it wasn’t worth the risk. Not great quality and had to pay £4.99 additional postage per calendar. It’s put me off trusting again definitely a wasted £40”

We can confirm that postage is charged on a per voucher basis. You can locate this information on your voucher under the 'Important information' section, as well as under 'The Fine Print' section of the deal advert at purchase.

“The only option offered was a jewellery calendars which I didn’t really want. I initially bought 3 vouchers but have asked for a refund of the other 2. The calendar I received is the same size and style as a cheap 99pence chocolate advent calendar and the contents I would imagine have the same value. Extremely disappointed.”

“This advent calendar looks cheap and not what I would expect to hand over to anyone for Christmas. I do not know what level of items are included in the calendar but I would not expect them to be worthy of the £20 paid for this Wowcher. I expected better”
