“I entered the mystery deal advent calendar so I was aware that the prize I won could have been amazing, or so so. I ended up winning one from the jewellery section, chose a lovely one from a selection offered to me. This particular one had lots of beautiful earring, rings, brooches, necklaces, all Xmas themed. When it arrived the cover on the box showed the same type of jewellery and I was really pleased. However, when I opened the box to take a look (I was gifting it so wanted to be sure), it fell well short of the mark. In tray one was a bare bracelet and the subsequent windows contained cheap charms to put on this bracelet, around 5 of them Xmas themed. 4 other windows contained other jewellery, all incredibly cheap looking and none to do with Xmas. I bought something similar 2 years ago for half the price for a young girl, this was for a teenager so I felt that I couldn’t gift it. The delivery price ended up being £4.99, so I feel scammed out of £20. Ended up having to buy another and have been left with a cheap, tacky bracelet and a few bits which were advertised and displayed as something completely different.”

“Do no purchase … nothing luxury about this item, I got a jewellery advent calendar and it is paper thin packaging and absolutely tat inside, I have complained and been told that there not willing to do anything Absolutely shocking and really disappointed and I ordered 2 just to widen my odds of getting one of the luxury ones that is advertised… don’t bother !!!”
