“I ordered the item on the 1st of November redeemed my voucher paid shipping was to b delivered by the 14th of November i haven't received the item yet ive emailed the merchant 3 times no response ive no email yourself waiting on feed back about receiving item x”

“I ordered the phone and was given a delivery date of 4 Nov. I paid £7.99 del charge. It didnt arrive. I checked the Wowcher app and they changed the del date to 12 Nov. Ok no big deal. Another week. However, I still didnt receive it. So I emailed the merchant as they state on their app. No Reply. I then contacted Wowcher on Whatsapp. Their robot gave instructions which I followed. Still NO reply. Contacted again on Whatsapp and Im still waiting! NO reply, contact nor anything! I ordered, 1 blue and 1 purple. I have received neither. I doubt I'll get a refund at this rate. I have rated the phone poor as the site insists I rate the phone. How do I do that if I havent received it?”
